How to Enable the MMS Feature:

To enable the MMS feature of the ABR RingCentral MMS Extension for Zoho CRM, follow these steps carefully:

1. Check for the Latest Version of the Extension:

  • Navigate to the “Setup” area in your Zoho CRM.
  • Under the “Marketplace” section, select “All”.
  • Click on the “Updates” tab (the third tab) to see if there are any updates available for your extensions.
  • If an update for the ABR RingCentral MMS Extension is available, proceed to update it accordingly.

2. Accessing Extension Settings:

  • While still in the “Marketplace” area, switch to the “Installed” tab (the second tab).
  • Look for the “ABR RingCentral MMS Extension for Zoho CRM” from the list of installed extensions.
  • Click on “Settings” next to the ABR RingCentral MMS Extension to access its settings page.

3. Connecting the Extension with Zoho CRM:

  • On the extension settings page, find and click the button labeled “Connect with Zoho CRM”.
  • This action will open a new screen in a new browser tab (ensure that your browser allows pop-ups from Zoho CRM).
  • Follow the on-screen prompts and click on “Accept” to grant necessary permissions.

4. Saving the Settings:

  • After accepting the permissions and connecting the extension, return to the original browser tab (the extension settings page).
  • It’s crucial to click on “Save Settings” to ensure all changes and connections are properly stored.

5. Using the MMS Feature:

  • Once the settings are saved, the MMS feature will be activated for your account.
  • You will notice an attachment/MMS icon available on the ABR Communication System widget within your Leads, Contacts, Accounts, and Deals modules in Zoho CRM.

  • Easy-to-use interface for non-developers to create text message drip campaigns in Zoho CRM through the Leads, Contacts, and Deals modules. For example, send messages when a lead is created or a deal is closed.
  • The extension uses a single text message number. A smart notification system will send a Zoho Cliq notification to the user that sent the last text message or to the record owner.
  • The ability to send mass text messages in Zoho CRM to accounts through Leads, Contacts, and Deals using filters or views.
